Daily exercise
Been a bit slack on reporting this but going at least 3x a week over the past few months. Started a spreadsheet tracking my weight loss (and while I’m not overweight by any means, less is how do we put it? More!).
I’m down a solid 1/2 a kilo now and this is even with the regular fluctuations that I get when weighing myself.
Would anyone be interested in me building an online version of the weight tracker? It’s been really useful.
